I was extremely frustrated when arriving late at night. the hotel took a pre-authorization charge of the entire amount two days before check-in and tried to charge my credit card again upon arrival. Moreover, the air conditioning in the room was incredibly loud and disrupted my sleep, adding to my dissatisfaction with the whole experience.
